Contact
One address, and it reaches the person who wrote the code.
Write to [email protected] — a bug, a question about your data, a takedown, or an app you wish existed.
There is no form on this site and no ticket number. Plastilina Labs is an independent studio in Spain, so the email reaches the same person who writes the code and ships the releases.
Deleting your account
If what you want is your account and its data deleted, there is a page for exactly that and it is faster than writing: Delete your Wayter account. It explains both routes — from inside the app and from here, without installing anything — and what is removed.
Either way, we answer within 30 days at the latest, the deadline our app privacy policies commit to.
